John Ryan, PE
A co-founding father of the firm back in 1984, John originates from an engineering background. He's an authorized Professional Engineer, Maine PE No. 4936. John has nearly three decades experience of executive control over engineering and construction projects. He's overseen the development of Wright-Ryan from residential roots to among the biggest and many effective construction management firms in Maine.Cordelia Pitman, RA, LEED AP BD+C
Director of Preconstruction Services
Cordelia continues to be Director of Preconstruction Services for Wright-Ryan since 2009. She became a member of us from the local architectural firm where she would be a project architect for more than fifteen years. Cordelia has spent years leading projects from beginning through construction and designs, and it has on the job experience matching architecture, structure and MEP – making her an ideal match for the preconstruction department. Cordelia graduated having a BA in Physics from Middlebury College. She's also gained her Master of Architecture from Columbia College. Cordelia offered on, and chaired, the town of Tigard Historic Upkeep Board for more than ten years, and it is presently part of the higher Tigard Landmarks Board of Company directors. Furthermore, Cordelia has competed in Revit 2011, and it is well experienced in other CAD/BIM software.

Kevin continues to be an essential team person in Wright-Ryan since 1992, and concentrates on aiding both and residential divisions in complete safety management, logistics support, project close-out and warranty. Kevin supports Wright-Ryan’s high-standard of customer support and dedication to on-site safety.
