Included in the project were a new 1,500-foot steel bulkhead, a new boat launching ramp, approximately 850 feet of new timber boardwalk, a new park building, a new fishing pier, and various site and recreational improvements. |

Jersey City, NJ
Dewberry provided civil and structural engineering services for the new maintenance building, which included connecting track to facilitate car maintenance and a moveable overhead crane. The building was constructed in an active railroad yard that remained fully operational during construction. |

Harrisburg, PA
Dewberry designed the 52,050-square-foot steel-framed structure to accommodate high aircraft rudders without sacrificing functional and operational efficiency. Other features of the project included specialized equipment shops, fire detection and suppression systems, efficient lighting, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, all utilities, and the entrance apron pavement. |
