Dewberry offers social and networking activities through organized group outings. When your assignment ends, there's a good chance your relationship with Dewberry will continue. Many of our interns and co-ops join Dewberry after graduation through direct placement. Get to know us during your assignment, and then decide the path that's right for you. | Dewberry’s Co-Op Program offers outstanding undergraduates and graduates the opportunity to apply professional skills and gain valuable practical experience in the professional services industry. Dewberry co-ops are structured working assignments in our division units. These assignments enable individuals to apply and develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities to help meet company objectives. A Dewberry Co-op can be just for the summer or as long as a couple of semesters. But no matter how much time you spend with us, you'll immediately be involved in real and meaningful assignments
Dewberry’s Co-Ops generally include the following: formal performance appraisals, orientation, professional skills workshops, online training opportunities, social events, and networking opportunities (may vary somewhat by location). | Starting a new job is never easy especially when it’s someone’s first real job right out of college. This is why we have created The Buddy Program. The program is designed to introduce our new hires to Dewberry as well as give them the tools to make them successful.
The Buddy Program, which provides entry-level hires with a comprehensive plan for assimilating into Dewberry. By doing this, we will build and maintain a strong teamwork environment. We will also provide tools and best practices for all new hires to be successful at Dewberry. |
