Sok Chanrado was created in 1994 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In the video and digital works Sok has an interest becoming media and it is affect on public opinion with regards to concepts of freedom and transparency. He's presently studying film documentary at Bophana Center and media and communication at Pannasastra College, Phnom Penh.
